I had a leaking pipe in the toilet, it was a local holiday weekend in Glasgow and I needed a plumber urgently. I found Rightio and from the moment that I called them, the communication was first class throughout and a plumber appeared within 2 hours of calling. The plumber fixed the leaking pipe in no time at all, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous throughout his visit. I was extremely happy with everything and I would most definitely use again.

Alan was relaxed, polite and professional when he attended. Fixed my heating issue in a matter of minutes with no fuss and gave me advice about my current boiler.

Rang at 13.00, tap fitted, tested and cleaned up by 15.30. Quick easy communication and easy payment over the phone. I'll definitely recommend this service to others and will use again in the future. Also took out cover for future issues and got %20 off the cost.

From start of enquiring to getting job finished. Spot on. No fuss no hassle. Workman who came succeeded on fitting a very awkward kitchen tap. Where others had said no too difficult because of kitchen layout. He never gave up and succeeded in not letting it beat him. Very neat and workable job. Rightio came and fixed my very awkward kitchen tap. Awkward because of design of kitchen. Others had failed or said no . Rightio came and found a way to make it work. Not an easy job . He never gave up. First time used them. In my addresses book now. Such a relief to deal with polite and trusted man.

I would highly recommend. Another very positive experience with Rightio. James the plumber was at the property within the time window agreed and very quickly sorted out the toilet cistern leak. I'm a landlord for this property in Birmingham which I manage from another part of UK. I've used Rightio before so it's good to know I can depend on them!!
