I had a leaking pipe in the toilet, it was a local holiday weekend in Glasgow and I needed a plumber urgently. I found Rightio and from the moment that I called them, the communication was first class throughout and a plumber appeared within 2 hours of calling. The plumber fixed the leaking pipe in no time at all, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous throughout his visit. I was extremely happy with everything and I would most definitely use again.

We always have the same Rightio engineer. Craig is very skilled and polite. With modern plumbing kit proving so fragile it is reassuring to know such a reliable company.
He certainly knew his job and you could tell he wasn’t trying to extend job like some do to make more money. Like this firm very much and any job needing done will certainly contact firm again.

The service was very good. The engineer was really polite and explaned what the fault was and what it would entail to do the repair. The main office were very good as well and even gave a discount for being a pensioner. THANK YOU. Will see you again for my anual service.
Excellent and speedy service from a company I used for the first time. Arranging a mutually convenient date and time for the engineer to call to disconnect an ancient cooker was pain-free and easy, the booking advisor very friendly and confident. Within a half an hour the cooker was disconnected and ready for removal once a new appliance is delivered in it's place. Thank you.

Very good response. The engineer was capable, competent, friendly prifesdional Alsi was abke to give guidance on possible further requirements.. The response from tge back up office team was also excellent We are considering a montjly care plan!
Excellent service from the initial phonecall to the engineer’s visit. All costs explained fully so there are no nasty surprises. The engineer was friendly and efficient and explained what he had done. Very pleased and would definitely recommend this company.

Although it was just a change of light unit it was completed very quickly and professionally and from person Initially answering the phone and the member of staff who carried out the work both were very polite.

I felt in a bit of a panic, but your staff put me at ease and arranged help within a couple of hours.Engineer brilliant very calm talked. Me through everything a couple of times to make sure i understood what needed fixing!
Arrived on time. Phil was friendly and professional. He repaired my boiler and went through what hed done and checked I could use the controls to regulate the heating which was really helpful. 5 star service. So glad i rang this company!! Many thanks

I would highly recommend. Another very positive experience with Rightio. James the plumber was at the property within the time window agreed and very quickly sorted out the toilet cistern leak. I'm a landlord for this property in Birmingham which I manage from another part of UK. I've used Rightio before so it's good to know I can depend on them!!
