I had a leaking pipe in the toilet, it was a local holiday weekend in Glasgow and I needed a plumber urgently. I found Rightio and from the moment that I called them, the communication was first class throughout and a plumber appeared within 2 hours of calling. The plumber fixed the leaking pipe in no time at all, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous throughout his visit. I was extremely happy with everything and I would most definitely use again.

This was an excellent service came first thing the next day They phoned to say they were on there way turned out to be a loose wire but when it's not possible to sort things yourself it's good to know a reliable company
Polite and friendly engineer he arrived on time and cleaned up after himself . Fast and efficient service from start to finish . Only criticism was charged for an extra hour when was only here for 20 min after first hour .
Very helpful and explained things to me. Respectful of property and very respectful to me, 100% lovely gentleman. Knows his work extremely well, nothing was a bother. Boiler fitted well within timescale, left no mess, definitely recommend him more than 100%
The engineer really was outstanding, obviously knew exactly what the problems were. He got to work very quickly, left everything clean and tidy. We were very impressed when we saw he even had a vacuum cleaner with him! He was very pleasant and so very efficient. Thankyou so much.
The plumber arrived within the hour and was professional, courteous and friendly. Great customer service was given towards repairing a leak caused from the head of a nail underneath the floor boards penetrative a pipe in the bathroom and causing a drip through the floorboards to the Hall below. Plumber Mike worked swiftly and efficiently explaining each stage of the job as he went along. I felt reassured with the result of his expertise and am more than satisfied with the final result. I am pleased I found RIGHTIO and have taken out an insurance cover with them to safeguard me from further issues. I highly recommend this company for their high standard, quality and care. Susan

Rightio explained the procedure clearly and the service was excellent. Callum, the engineer, did a very efficient job for us and took the trouble to explain what was required. All our plumbing problems were solved on the same day that we contacted Rightio, We would recommend Rightio to anyone.

Rang Rightio to fix my upstairs lights, spoke to Jasmine who was very courteous, professional and dealt with my query very quickly. Within an hour and a half Roy the Electrician was at my front door. He immediately got on with the job and repaired it for me. So thanks to Rightio, and particularly both Jasmine and Roy for a job well done!!! 👍 Tom.

Problem sorted quickly with no hassle.In and out within 40 minutes.Very pleasant plumber even offered to mop floor after putting back Washing Machine which needed to be moved to access stop tap.Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent and speedy same day service
Replaced inflow valve in cistern, Craig was in and out in twenty five minutes. Highly recommended.
My engineer had a very professional approach. Friendly and approachable. He was quick and efficient with the job. Very tidy and overall I was really satisfied.
Arrived on time based on advised time given via a text which was helpful. Took time to understand the issue & then set to work to fix the motorised valve on my heating system. Engineer took away the broken parts after showing it to me.

I would highly recommend. Another very positive experience with Rightio. James the plumber was at the property within the time window agreed and very quickly sorted out the toilet cistern leak. I'm a landlord for this property in Birmingham which I manage from another part of UK. I've used Rightio before so it's good to know I can depend on them!!
