I had a leaking pipe in the toilet, it was a local holiday weekend in Glasgow and I needed a plumber urgently. I found Rightio and from the moment that I called them, the communication was first class throughout and a plumber appeared within 2 hours of calling. The plumber fixed the leaking pipe in no time at all, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous throughout his visit. I was extremely happy with everything and I would most definitely use again.

Excellent and speedy same day service
Replaced inflow valve in cistern, Craig was in and out in twenty five minutes. Highly recommended.
My engineer had a very professional approach. Friendly and approachable. He was quick and efficient with the job. Very tidy and overall I was really satisfied.
Arrived on time based on advised time given via a text which was helpful. Took time to understand the issue & then set to work to fix the motorised valve on my heating system. Engineer took away the broken parts after showing it to me.

All the boxes ticked ; received an e-mail informing me of what time to expect the engineer; the engineer arrived in good time. The job was completed in good time , and the engineer (Hamid) left the job clean & tidy, and gave instruction on the new installation.
Staff were so helpful when arranging emergency plumber. Talked me through every step of process, including pricing. Prices reasonable if job completed with 30 mins. Also offered care plan which again reasonably priced and great cover. Engineer was fantastic and had blockage fixed quickly. Would recommend righto as customer service and emergency service was first class.

The plumber who did the repair was really polite, helpful, patient and explained everything to me. He left my bathroom as clean and tidy as he found it. He is an asset to the company!

Dan arrived when he said he would, explained in great detail what he was doing and why, and completed the work and left my boiler in a good working order. I am so impressed l am going to join the Care Club.

This was the first time using your services, however I found that the service received was first class. From the initial phone call to the technician arriving on site quicker than expected and the ability of the technician to quickly identify the fault and proved the appropriate fix to get us back up and running was exceptional. Ididfeel the price was a little excessive but after all it is Easter Monday so only to be expected. I won’t estimate to use your service if required I the future.

Engineer was friendly, quick, clean and helpful, bath mixer taps fitted perfect job done first time, with 12 month warranty for workmanship, quality at a good price.
Customer Assistant couldn't be more helpful, plumber came out that afternoon and was very pleasant and explained everything to us, definately would recommend, first class service, thank you.
Scott the electrician was so helpful advised me of the best outcome. Did an excellent job tidied up So pleased with Rightio from my initial phone call to completion of the job - would recommend them .
Great service. After being let down by another company Rightio stepped up and solved the issue. They were even £100 cheaper than the first company. Engineer was great too. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but if I do they'll be the first company I phone.

I would highly recommend. Another very positive experience with Rightio. James the plumber was at the property within the time window agreed and very quickly sorted out the toilet cistern leak. I'm a landlord for this property in Birmingham which I manage from another part of UK. I've used Rightio before so it's good to know I can depend on them!!
