After working in the home maintenance and repairs industry for most of his career, Karl understood the stress of a burst pipe or a broken-down boiler more than most! During his time in this sector, Karl realised that many homeowners struggled to find a reliable, trustworthy, and time-sensitive tradesperson.
From then on, Karl vowed to provide a straightforward and hassle-free service with the customer's needs in mind, and so Rightio was born! Over the next few years, Karl focused on building a team of expert engineers and contact centre agents, eager to deliver industry-leading customer service levels so right, you would never go anywhere else.
To this day, Karl remains an integral member of the Rightio family working alongside our senior leadership partners made up of industry experts and a dedicated team of over 70 back-office professionals.
