Business is booming here at Rightio after hiring 48 new recruits.
To meet growing demand, plans are now underway to take on a further 30 members of staff in the next 12 months. We now employ 147 people at our UK Customer Contact Centre, which coordinates our home service and repair provision in major cities across the UK.
Committed to taking care of any job – big or small – we deliver plumbing, heating, electrical and drainage services, alongside a team of professional locksmiths that are on hand to help in an emergency.
Since our launch in September 2010 with just two employees, we have grown significantly and now have a turnover of £15m.
Owners Chris Carswell and Karl Tulloch have big ambitions for Rightio and are keen to build on this success:

With a background in IT his vision is clear – to get things done and done right.
“A lot of people in the home repairs industry love using confusing jargon and technical terms,” added Chris.
“Rightio is a new kind of company; we speak in plain English, we look after the little details, we have the knowledge and experience of an accredited national company but with the familiarity of the local guy down the road.”
We know home repairs can be stressful and costly, that’s why our engineers only charge for time spent in the home.
“That means if a Rightio engineer gets stuck in traffic or needs to leave the job for additional materials, our customers won’t be billed,” said Chris.
“We want to do things right or not at all and this simple strategy is the foundation of our success.”
