Rightio's 6th Birthday!

Recently, Rightio has had another reason to celebrate - our 6thbirthday! It's been a fantastic journey...

When Rightio's Directors, Chris Carswell and Karl Tulloch, started the company six years ago they were the only people in the office. They managed everything by themselves at first - dealing with all customer enquiries and organising our engineers out in the field.

It was November 2010 when they booked and completed their first job. Chris received our first call and Karl arranged for the job to be completed (replacing a tap in Nottingham). It was the only call they received that day, and they waited patiently for five days until they received their next one - which was also booked and completed with the same efficiency and professionalism that Rightio have become known for today!

Chris: "It feels like only yesterday when Karl and I completed our first job. The six years following that very first call have resulted in a wonderful, rewarding journey thanks to the hard work and dedication of our outstanding employees. With each success RIGHTIO encounters, it is exciting to contemplate how much more we will achieve in the future."

Rightio has gone through a huge transformation since answering that first call six years ago. Now we receive over 2,000 calls a day and are helping customers nationwide! In fact, our speedy, straightforward service has become so popular that we've recently developed our fantastic Care Club- exceptional home maintenance plans which cover a variety of plumbing and heating needs.

The time has flown by, but every day we are reminded why we created Rightio in the first place - to be heroes for our customers in their time of need. Another year has passed and we're not slowing down, in fact, we've only just begun...
