The Rightio EMS app aims to ease and speed up the communication between the Rightio Engineers and the Rightio Logistics team and back office.
Using the EMS app, our Rightio engineers can access job details, start a new job and request an electronic signature, take notes on the job, complete risk assessments, take photos, close the job and take payment or pull for parts. Your rota or availability is also available to view on the EMS app.
Logistics and back-office receive information directly from the app, eliminating the need for phone calls and waiting on hold, previously known for wasting precious time for the customer. All the engineer’s notes and photos are readily available for the team to access as soon as the job is completed.
Our customers will benefit from the EMS app as well – job sheets will now be sent to their email address, ensuring a job sheet will never be lost again. Photos taken by engineers on site will help our Customer Services to provide better, fact-based resolutions, and payment for a completed job will only take seconds.
The EMS app is a crucial step towards our goal to go green in 2019 and reduce the amount of paper we use as a business. No more job sheets lost in the post guarantee faster payments, and with no trips to the post office, there is more time to sit back and relax after a long day at work.
